Comin in Hot's comprises seasoned musicians with decades of live experience, touring credits, and musical training. We bring a stadium-quality rock show to every event, from bike rallies and beer festivals to weddings, private parties and corporate events.

Meet the band
Paul - Drums
​
Paul has been drumming for over 30 years, with a background that blends education and touring experience. A graduate of Keele University and London's DrumTech school, Paul studied under Francis Seriau and attended masterclasses with Ralph Salmins (Van Morrison), Dennis Chambers (Santana) and Steve Smith (Journey).
​
Paul has played with Eileen Rose, Angel Witch, and toured extensively with tribute acts like Bon Giovi, A Saucerful of Floyd, and Nighon Maiden. Today, he teaches drums in Cambridge and offers an online drum track recording service, while driving Comin in Hot's signature rock groove.

Steve - Vocals
​
Steve is a charismatic frontman with over 25 years of experience performing across the UK and Europe with The Hoggz, opening the BBC's Regent Street Christmas Lights switch-on in London and performing as Worcester Rugby Club's house band. He later founded Nighon Maiden, becoming one of the UK's busiest Iron Maiden tribute bands, selling out venus across the UK including The Princess Pavillion and The Cheese and Grain in Frome.

Known for his Axl Rose-level range and air-raid siren vocals, Steve is a master at engaging crowds, often diving into the audience with his wireless mic to get everyone singing along.

Lee - Guitar
​
Lee has been performing, teaching, and recording music for over 30 years throughout the UK. Lee has a BA Hons Degree in Popular Music and Music Technology including the Distinction award from the legendary Academy of Contemporary Music guitar performance. He began his musical training at a prestigious classical music college where he gained grade 8 classical guitar at a young age before furthering his studies in contemporary styles. ​

Lee has played in many tribute bands (including being the youngest member of a tribute band when he was just 14!). Lee has performed with many artists, and produced and recorded music across all music platforms. He runs the Goes to 11 Rock School and films for his own channels on TikTok and YouTube. He is a dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic music professional.

Mart - Bass
​
Mart is an experienced musician with a passion for groove and tone. He locks in with Paul and Claire and packs a real punch as part of our stellar rhythm section.
Claire - Keyboards
​
Claire adds a unique layer to Comin in Hot's sound with her versatility, whether it's Hammond organ, synth, piano, clavinet, or combining those with strings, depending on what the song demands. Classically trained then mentored by boogie-woogie piano legend the late Big John Carter, she's performed at events like the Herts Auto Show and was a regular street pianist for many years at the UK Boogie Woogie Piano Festival.

Whether it's note-perfect Jon Lord-style Hammond solos on Deep Purple's Burn or orchestral layers on Guns N Roses' November Rain, Claire elevates every performance with her love for music.​
